The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday launched massive searches at Al-Falah University and 24other locations in Delhi and Faridabad linked to the JeM terror module. The action is part of the agency’s investigation into the 10 November Red Fort blast, which killed 15 people and injured more than 20.
Sources said raids are underway at the university’s headquarters in Delhi. The ED has also registered a Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) case over suspected financial irregularities at the institution. Several employees of the university, including Red Fort bomber Dr Umar un Nabi, have been linked to a Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) “white-collar” terror module operating out of Faridabad.
