ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - People who live in Atlanta’s Kirkwood neighborhood say a man who has been arrested dozens of times is terrorizing them again.

Rodney Stroud is a man several women in Kirkwood had hoped to never see again. They said he has been terrorizing them for years by repeatedly showing up to their homes trying to break in. In some cases the break-ins led to assaults.

This has led to multiple convictions of stalking, trespassing, and public indecency.

Recently after showing up at his victims home twice this month, residents said they want a system that forces him to stay away from them.

“The guy’s not going to change. I’ve had to learn that the hard way,” said a Kirkwood neighbor.
