BROOKINGS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) -South Dakota State used a first-half scoring run to take control over Peru State on Monday, Nov. 17, en route a 94-46 win inside First Bank & Trust Arena.
Peru State made its first two 3-pointers of the night and briefly led by 6-2 and 8-4 scores. South Dakota State quickly responded.A 14-0 run that lasted just over five minutes gave the Jackrabbits an 18-8 advantage. The Bobcats hit a 3-pointer to push the deficit to seven, but an ensuing nine-point scoring stretch extended the Jackrabbits’ lead to double digits for good.
