WHAT: Board of education meeting Wednesday

PRESENT: Scott Chapman, Kristina Stephens, Brooke Vondrasek, Jared Bilas and Don Mickel

The board:

• Were informed the district is seeking various grant finding for future projects in the schools.

• Announced a fundraiser chance auction will be 4:30 p.m. Friday at the high school with an auction drawing for 400 items at 7 p.m. Proceeds from the event will be for the seventh- and eighth-grade Washington, D.C., trip in spring 2027.
