Holiday cheer will take the rails on Saturday, Nov. 22 when the Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC) Holiday Train passes through Belleville and Milan.

This year’s schedule runs from Nov. 19 through Dec. 21. The exact time of when the train will pass through southeast Michigan is unknown due to other rail traffic. There are no planned stops in Michigan and depending on rail traffic, the train can move slow or quick.

The website provides direct links to PDF files for Canadian and U.S routes.

For more than 25 years, the train has visited communities across the CPKC network in Canada and the U.S. raising donations and awareness for local food banks and food pantry organizations, according to the CPKC website.
