FOREST PARK, Ga. — Some lanes are back open after two tractor-trailers collided with a vehicle on I-75 SB in Clayton County on Tuesday morning. Police say the collision caused a fuel spill.

The incident occurred at around 4:30 a.m. on I-75 SB, just north of Forest Parkway (Exit 237) in Forest Park, and a large response is on the scene. The Clayton County Police Department tells 11Alive that one of the tractor-trailers overturned and that some diesel fuel has spilled.

Clayton County PD also confirms that there are no major injuries in this crash.

First responders had to block all lanes of I-75 SB to move equipment and do the cleanup. Fuel spills often call for a larger response and clearance time, as do overturned trucks.
