Prime Video has confirmed a much-awaited film featuring an all-star cast will arrive on its platform imminently.

Helmed by Luca Guadagnino, the picture received its theatrical debut in America last October.

Critics lavished praise on Julia Roberts' and Andrew Garfield's portrayals at the time.

The thriller centres on Alma Imhoff (Roberts), a philosophy lecturer at Yale University who becomes embroiled in a controversy involving one of her pupils and a fellow academic.

Garfield portrays Henrik "Hank" Gibson, Alma's colleague and close companion who faces allegations of assault, reports the Mirror .
