TRAVERSE CITY: Prosecutor to charge teen as adult in homicide

TRAVERSE CITY — A teen is being charged as an adult in the shooting death of a Traverse City man Saturday night.

Lawrence Boyd IV, 32, a Traverse City Parking Services employee, was shot and killed in the Larry C. Hardy parking deck in the 300-block of East State Street, Traverse City Police Chief Matt Richmond said Monday.
