Infibeam Avenues is preparing one of its biggest consumer-facing bets yet, committing ₹500-700 crore over the next three years to transform Rediff.com into an AI-first super-app ecosystem.

Speaking about the scale of this investment, Vishal Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director, said, “Rediff will perhaps invest upwards of $75-100 million in the next three years. So, I am talking about ₹500-700 crore.” Infibeam has already infused fresh capital into Rediff. Pointing to the recent rights issue, Mehta told investors, “We had put in about ₹87-odd crore in Rediff. And we think that there is a lot of opportunity to actually build up this brand. The brand is very strong.”

With the additional ₹500-700 crore planned, this marks one of the largest reinvestment in the Rediff brand in over a decade
