(Sioux Falls, SD) — The trial of a former massage therapist accused of inappropriately touching some of his clients begins in Minnehaha County. Keloland reports Kurt Smit is charged with two counts of sexual contact. Four women say Smit touched them inappropriately while he was employed at Massage Envy. Jury selection takes place this morning.
