The mother of one of the murderers of Max Dixon and Mason Rist has been told she is not fit to stand trial alongside her partner and three other people, who have all been accused of assisting some of the teens’ killers after the attack.
A court heard that psychiatric assessments of Jillian Tolliver, 51, from Hartcliffe , deemed that she was not fit to stand trial due to her mental health. She is accused of assisting Riley Tolliver, who was one of five people found guilty late last year of the murders of teen boys Max Dixon and Mason Rist.
She was accused alongside Riley Tolliver’s father, Kristian Hooper, a 48-year-old from Weston-super-Mare, in arranging for Riley to stay with his paternal grandmoth
