CINCINNATI —

A woman died and two others were hospitalized after a crash Tuesday night in Colerain Township, the Colerain Township Police Department said.

Officials said the crash occurred in the 10300 block of Pippin Road about 7:30 p.m. Advertisement

According to police, it was a head-on collision between two vehicles. The driver of one vehicle, Barbara Wooten, 70, of Cincinnati, was taken to Mercy West Hospital, where she later died.

Two others, neither of whom was identified, were transported to area hospitals, police said. Officials did not provide an update on their condition.

Authorities did not say what vehicles were involved or what led to the crash.
