Agartala, 18 th November 2025: The Dhalai District Congress on Tuesday submitted a deputation to the District Magistrate demanding urgent action on three pressing issues: the rescue of kidnapped resident Surya Mohan Das, full compensation for traders affected in Shantir Bazar, and immediate steps to curb the atmosphere of fear allegedly created by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Kamalpur subdivision following the Bihar election results.
