James Pierre was maybe the best player on the Steelers defense Sunday when they beat the Bengals 34-12 at Acrisure Stadium.

Mason Rudolph came into the game at the half and ran the offense efficiently and was instrumental in helping the Steelers secure the lead and not give it up.

Kyle Dugger, who was acquired a few weeks ago to shore up the safety spot, made a huge play in the first half and was in on a number of key stops in the second half.

Nick Herbig started for an injured Alex Highsmith and had a key sack late in the game when the Bengals were driving.

Kenneth Gainwell scored two touchdowns and handled the pass protections and running back duties along with Kaleb Johnson while Jaylen Warren was sidelined with an injury.
