SRINAGAR : The Communist Party of India (Marxist) has expressed concern over what it says is a rising atmosphere of harassment faced by students and labourers in different parts of the country following the recent attack in Delhi. In a statement issued in Srinagar, CPI(M) leader M Y Tarigami said that while those involved in the “heinous terrorist act” must be brought to justice, innocent citizens must not be subjected to intimidation or suspicion.
