ST. MARY PARISH, La. (WAFB) - Louisiana State Police confirmed a 13-year-old who was reported missing in St. Mary Parish has been found safe.

Authorities were searching for the girl, along with a 20-year-old man they believed to be accompanying her.

According to LSP, she was reported missing on Monday after leaving her home in Amelia with the 20-year-old man.

On Tuesday, officials said she was located safe.

No other details have been released.
