Mason Mount has shown support for the family of a big Manchester United fan in Bolton who continues to fight for his life after being struck by a car . Mount has sent a video message to Lewis Rimmer's wife, Sarah , and two daughters, Amelia and Maddison, in the aftermath of a Range Rover hitting him and causing 'life-changing' injuries.
He remains 'critically ill' in hospital after being put in an induced coma, his close friend Andy Tonge has told the MEN . Tonge described the message as 'lovely' for the family. The Bolton News quotes him as saying: "They're big Manchester United supporters, so this was lovely to receive, what a guy."
Mount is said to have shared his condolences and expressed his sorrow at hearing what happened to Rimmer. He also relayed that
