For eight years, the mystery of who killed a Maple Shade woman and her 6-year-old son swirled in the South Jersey town.

Sasikala Narra, 38, and her son, Anish, were found stabbed to death in their blood-spattered apartment by their husband and father, Hanumantha Rao Narra, in March 2017.

In the end, the mystery was unraveled by a single drop blood, prosecutors said Tuesday as they announced who they believe is the killer.
