MANCHESTER, N.H. —

No verdict was reached Tuesday after the second day of deliberations in the sexual assault trial of a former worker at the Youth Development Center.

Stephen Murphy is charged with multiple counts of felonious sexual assault that allegedly took place nearly 30 years ago at the YDC.

Jurors returned to the courtroom Tuesday afternoon, when the judge gave them instructions about reaching a unanimous decision on all counts.

The judge also said it is possible for the jury to reach unanimous verdicts on some of the charges.
