Protesters gather in Atlantic City as NJ League of Municipalities conference gets underway

ATLANTIC CITY — A small group of protesters gathered Tuesday afternoon on the Boardwalk outside Ocean Casino Resort as local officials from across the state met for the annual New Jersey League of Municipalities conference.
