An urgent police investigation has been launched after a group of masked men forced their way into a car and made an occupant transfer £1.1m of crypto currency.

Five victims, two men and three women, had been travelling in a vehicle from Oxford to London on the afternoon of November 4 when the car was targeted in the Oxford area.

A number of men wearing face coverings entered the vehicle, stole a watch valued at around £450,000 and phones from the victims. They also forced one of the victims to transfer around £1.1m of crypto currency out of their account.
