U.S. Rep. Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) mocked Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem by proposing a new name for GOP-led legislation targeting immigrants who attack dogs.
During a House committee meeting on Tuesday, Goldman proposed a name change for GOP legislation that aims to deport immigrants who have attacked dogs. He suggested changing the name of the bill to the “The Kristi Noem Canine Relief Act,” referring to Noem’s admission that she shot and killed her dog, Cricket.
