Driver rescued from submerged car in the Inner Harbor

A person was rescued from a submerged vehicle in Baltimore's Inner Harbor and taken to a hospital in critical condition.

Police say the vehicle was submerged in the 700 block of Eastern Avenue between Piers 4 and 5.

Baltimore Firefighters are performing a secondary search of the vehicle.
