Cincinnati's The Banks district, located between the stadiums where the Bengals and the Reds play, is at the center of a new redevelopment proposal that aims to transform the area into an even more vibrant sports and entertainment hub than it already is.

Andrew Broderick from the Perkins & Will global design firm emphasized the significance of the location, saying, "It's a special place. The Ohio River is a special asset of our country.
