A Campbelltown man who disrupted court proceedings has been sentenced for assaulting police, possessing a knife in public and animal cruelty.
Shaun Clinton Case, also known as Kedwell, was described as being "aggressive" when he appeared before Nowra Local Court on Tuesday, November 18.
Talking over and interrupting magistrate Lisa Viney during his own and others' matters, the 43-year-old was sentenced to a 12-month intensive corrections order.
Case pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in the execution of duty, having custody of a knife in a public place and committing an act of cruelty on an animal.
He will be supervised in Campbelltown, required to undergo rehabilitation and treatment and ordered to pay $1000. He also received a community corrections order for the animal cru
