Brian Walshe, a Massachusetts man accused of killing his wife and dismembering her body, on Tuesday pleaded guilty to misleading a police investigation and willfully conveying a human body.

Walshe, 50, still pleads not guilty to first-degree murder and will go to trial on the charge. Jury selection is expected to continue on Wednesday.

Last week, a judge ruled that Walshe is competent to stand trial after he underwent a medical evaluation.
