Choice International Ltd , a diversified financial services and consulting group, has expanded its infrastructure advisory business through the acquisition of Ayoleeza Consultants Private Ltd by its subsidiary, Choice Consultancy Services Private Ltd (CCSPL). The company has acquired 100% shareholding in the consultancy firm.

Ayoleeza Consultants provides specialised advisory services across railways and metro systems, roads and highways, bridges, tunnels, and urban infrastructure projects in India and neighbouring markets.

The firm currently handles live orders valued at over ₹200 crore, along with its partners, with nearly 69% of the projects operating under time-based payment contracts, ensuring stable monthly revenue, as mentioned in the exchange filing.
