COLUMBIA, Mo. (KCTV) - The Missouri Tigers have jumped back into the College Football Playoff rankings.
During a reveal of the rankings Tuesday night on ESPN, the Tigers were ranked No. 22 by the CFP Committee.
The ranking followed a dominant, 49-27 victory over Mississippi State Saturday night in Columbia. Mizzou was No. 22 in the initial rankings two weeks prior and dropped out following a loss to Texas A&M on Nov. 8.
In the win, running back Ahmad Hardy earned SEC Offensive Player of the Week honors thanks to a 300-yard, 3-touchdown performance.
The Tigers head on the road Saturday to No. 8 Oklahoma. That game kicks off at 11 a.m. CT.
Mizzou is one of nine SEC teams ranked in this week’s version.
