MADISON (WKOW) -- An 18-year-old who is charged in a Dane County homicide is now accused of plotting to have someone kill a witness who was scheduled to testify against him in the homicide case.
The new charge against Creed Moore is for solicitation of first-degree intentional homicide.
Moore is in the Dane County Jail as he awaits a trial in a March 2025 homicide. He and Dewayne Johnson Jr. were arrested in connection with the shooting death of Kyle Thrasher at a gas station in the Town of Pleasant Springs. Moore is charged with first-degree intentional homicide in the shooting.
According to a criminal complaint filed Tuesday, a Dane County Jail inmate who was held in a cellblock with Moore told investigators that Moore spoke openly about his desire to have that inmate kill one of
