Several Kentucky lawmakers gathered at the U.S. Capitol Tuesday to honor the 14 lives lost in the UPS plane crash in Louisville.
Congressman Morgan McGarvey was joined by six other Kentucky lawmakers at the U.S. Capitol to hold a moment of silence for the 14 victims killed in the plane crash.
"In a scene that can only be described as apocalyptic. All three crew lost their lives, as well as 11 people on the ground. 14 of our neighbors. 14 of our community gone. The first responders were incredibly brave. Rushing headfirst into the inferno to save everything they could. Our community, our state, our delegation.
