Curaçao kept its dreams alive by entering Tuesday's qualifying game against Jamaica just needing to avoid a loss. A draw would be enough to fulfill a lifetime achievement.
And that's exactly what Curaçao did, as it held Jamaica to a scoreless draw to punch its ticket to the 2026 World Cup.

Curaçao joined Panama and Haiti as the three automatic CONCACAF berths for the tournament, as an extra two will enter the playoffs for a second chance.
With the newly expanded 48-team tournament granting hosts U.S., Mexico and Canada automatic berths, the door opened for new countries
