CHEYENNE — A newly released update to the Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization’s long-range transportation plan, Connect 2050, charts out how MPO officials hope to manage growth over the next 25 years with more than 100 proposed roadway projects, and a list of new transit, bicycle and pedestrian improvements.
The plan, updated from the previous Connect 2045 plan, was presented to the Laramie County Planning Commission last Thursday, Cheyenne City Council’s Public Services Committee on Monday and the Laramie County Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday — all of which voted to approve it.
