Sherril D. Hafen, age 84, died peacefully at her care home in Henderson, Nevada, on Nov. 11, 2025. She was born Dec. 11, 1940, in Glenwood, Utah, to Utahna and Terrance Grant Meacham. She married Lloyd Hafen on Feb. 12, 1967, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together, they raised nine children.

She lived in Glenwood, Utah, and went to school there until high school, where she attended in Richfield, Utah. She worked as a telephone operator, a cake decorator and a real estate agent. She enjoyed reading, painting, playing piano, crafts and her children.

She is preceded in death by her parents Utahna and Terrance Grant Meacham, her brother Robert Gary Meacham her sisters Dorothey Ann Bills, Susan Meacham , her daughter Stephanie Kaye Glazier and her husband Lloyd Hafen.
