Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to release the 21st installment of the PM Kisan scheme at an event in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, today (Wednesday, on November 19, 2025). Under this installment, eligible farmers for the 21st installment of the PM Kisan scheme will receive Rs 2,000 directly into their bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

As the 21st PM Kisan installment disbursal date approaches, the government has once again emphasised that eKYC is mandatory for all PM Kisan-registered farmers. Farmers can complete OTP-based eKYC on the official PM Kisan portal, while biometric eKYC can be done at the nearest Common Service Centre (CSC).
