Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced the Class 10 and 12 board exam dates for 2026. According to the post shared by Sarma on microblogging site X, the Class 10 (HSLC) examination will commence on February 10, 2026, and the Class 12 (HS) examination will start on February 11, 2026.

“The HSLC (Matriculation) Examination 2026 will commence from 10 February 2026. The Higher Secondary Final Examination 2026 will begin from 11 February 2026. Wishing every student the very best for their upcoming examinations," reads the post. (sic)

However, the Board has not yet released the detailed exam schedule for Class 10 and 12.
