Patna is set to witness a historic political moment as Nitish Kumar prepares to take oath as Chief Minister of Bihar for a record 10th time.
Following the NDA’s sweeping victory in the Assembly elections, Kumar was unanimously elected leader of the JD(U) Legislature Party and later chosen as the alliance’s leader.
