RAIFORD, Fla. (WCJB) -Governor Ron DeSantis has signed a death warrant for Frank Walls, a man who killed five people in the Panhandle when he was a teenager.
Walls, now 58 years old, is scheduled to be executed on December 18 at Florida State Prison near Starke.
Investigators report that Walls attacked and murdered five individuals in Okaloosa County between 1985 and 1987, beginning when he was just 17 years old.
On Thursday, 63-year-old Richard Randolph is scheduled to die by lethal injection for the 1988 murder of a convenience store clerk in Palatka.
Randolph will be the 17th person executed in Florida this year.
