Actor Prithviraj Sukumaran has addressed the prospect of a sequel to the widely acclaimed murder mystery 'Memories', directed by Jeethu Joseph. The actor, who is awaiting the release of his film 'Vilaayath Budha', spoke about potential future projects during a conversation with a radio channel. He confirmed that director Jeethu Joseph "wants to do a sequel" to the 2013 film, which featured Prithviraj as police officer Sam Alex.

Expanding on the idea, he told Red FM Malayalam that the director has expressed interest in the project for some time.
