Anthony Williams is due to appear at Peterborough Magistrates' Court today (November 19) charged with a further seven offences.
It follows a major emergency service response at Huntingdon station on November 1, after reports were received of multiple people having been stabbed on board an LNER service.
The train was travelling from Doncaster bound for London King's Cross when it made the unscheduled stop at Huntingdon after passengers pulled emergency alarms.
Williams was arrested and charged with 10 counts of attempted murder, one count of actual bodily harm, and one count of possession of a bladed article.
The 32-year-old was also charged with another count of attempted murder and possession of a bladed article in connection to an incident at Pontoon Dock DLR station that same day.
