The Hebron Hills Regional Council of Israel’s Judea region on Monday signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nassau County, N.Y.

The agreement was concluded at the Nassau County Executive Building in the presence of Hebron Hills Regional Council head Eliram Azulay, the council’s international liaison, Ayala Bar-On, and its international spokesperson, Gabriel Boxer, the Hebron Hills Regional Council said.

The pact with Nassau County includes cooperation in education, economic, culture and security, among other fields, it stated.
