MACKINAW CITY – Kerry-Ann Ming just kept getting better and better during her volleyball career.
In her senior season, Ming was a star for the Mackinaw City Comets .
As a result of an excellent final campaign with the program, Ming was recently recognized as the Northern Lakes Conference’s volleyball player of the year.
The top vote getter by coaches for the player of the year honor, Ming’s senior campaign included 302 kills, 317 digs, 90 percent on serving, and 85 percent on serve receive.
“Kerry-Ann is obviously our best player, and she is very talented and has a huge upside if she keeps playing and has the opportunity to reach her full potential,” Mackinaw City coach Jake Huffman said. “On a team like Pellston or Onaway that passes really well, she would've probably pushed 500 o
