Bhubaneswar: KIIT University in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday signed an MoU with Apollo Tyres Ltd for introducing a specialised academic course in tyre technology.

“Through this partnership, KIIT will offer a specialised bucket of electives covering tyre science, tyre design, manufacturing, testing, and sustainability — areas that have never before been integrated formally into an engineering curriculum in India,” the institute stated in a release, claimed it to a significant milestone in technical education landscape.
