NORTH PROVIDENCE – Residents continue to express frustration about key issues, says Town Council District 2 candidate Brian Quirk, so he’s willing to share “the cold hard truth.”

“Continuing with a broken system that’s inefficient and rife with all the tools that allow corruption to flourish will only continue to bring us more of the same, accomplishing nothing more than a change in personnel,” he said in a release. “And according to some voters, ‘retribution.’”

Added Quirk, “God gives us crosses to bear, but none more daunting than the ‘political cross.’ From the intentional disinformation, to property damage, slanderous, libel allegations, a target remains on my back to silence me, but to no avail.”
