CINCINNATI —
Police and fire crews are on scene after a building partially collapsed in Over-the-Rhine Wednesday.
The building, located at Elm Street, appeared to be a multi-story apartment building. Fire officials on scene said it was being evaluated for demolition. Advertisement

A Cincinnati police officer on scene said no one was inside and no injuries were reported.
A few cars were damaged near the building.
Fire crews are on scene to ensure there's no gas leaks. Utilities cut off electric while crews investigate the damage.
