After days of feeling cold and shivery, Pune has caught a break with a clear sky, bright sunshine, and warm weather. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has said that the days and the nights are expected to gradually get warmer.

The minimum temperature recorded in Pune on Wednesday was 9.5 degrees Celsius but, by Sunday, this is expected to be 12 degrees Celsius. In areas such as Magarpatta, Lohegaon, Koregaon Park, and Lavale, the minimum temperature is likely to be around 16-17 degrees Celsius by Sunday.

The mercury is also climbing during the day. On Wednesday, the maximum temperature recorded was 30 degrees Celsius. This is likely to be stable or change marginally in the days to come.
