NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Nashville Department of Emergency Communications reports that AT&T customers throughout Davidson County may not be able to reach 911 or 988 on Wednesday.
The Nashville DEC reports that this is tied to a carrier issue reported by AT&T.
If you need to reach emergency services, the city implores you to:
• Try a phone on another carrier
• Try WiFi calling (instructions in the comment section)
• Try Text-to-911
“Do NOT place test calls. For outage details or updates, please contact AT&T directly,” Nashville DEC said.
