Syracuse, N.Y. - The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help to find a missing Liverpool woman.
Jacqueline Chiodo, 43, was last seen at 1 p.m. Tuesday walking along West Seneca Turnpike, Thomas Newton, a sheriff’s office spokesperson, said in a news release.
Chiodo was discharged from Upstate Community General Hospital in the town of Onondaga on Tuesday, Newton said. An Uber was scheduled to pick her up, but she never got in.
Chiodo is 5′4″, weighs about 140 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing green hospital pants and a purple coat, Newton said.
The sheriff’s office is actively investigating the case, Newton said. So far they have conducted interviews, reviewed surveillance footage and followed other leads, he said.
