Serial rapist and formed Met Police officer, David Carrick , has been found guilty of abusing a 12-year-old girl and raping a former partner in a pattern of “horrific” offending dating back 35 years.
Carrick admitted to abusing the 12-year-old in a note that went undiscovered for 35 years.

Carrick, who was also a teen at the time, confessed to the abuse in the letter alongside his medical records signed “Dave”.
Over 20 years later, Carrick repeatedly raped a woman and subjected her to “degrading and humiliating” abuse.
Carrick, 50, is already serving a minimum term of 32 years in prison,
