BENTONVILLE -- Circuit Judge Robin Green found probable cause exists to hold two people accused of killing a local professional wrestler on bonds of $750,000 and $500,000 respectively.
The Benton County Sheriff's Office arrested Michael Hogue and Amanda Penny on Monday, accusing them of murder in the first degree and possession of firearm by certain persons. Authorities claim the pair are responsible for the death of Kevin Nikel.
Penny is Nikel's former wife, and Hogue is her boyfriend, according to court documents. Penny and Nikel were married Aug. 18, 2012, and their divorce was granted July 8, court records states. Court documents in the divorce claim Nikel was killed in an altercation with Hogue.
