The maniac who set a woman aflame on a Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line train Monday night is now being investigated in connection with a suspicious fire at City Hall a few days earlier, authorities said.
The 45-year-old assailant, whose name has not been released, remains in custody for allegedly dousing a 26-year-old commuter with an accelerant and setting her ablaze after the pair got in a heated argument while aboard a CTA train.
